Advanced Pending Alarms Feature
Pending alarms provide an additional layer of security by sending a 'pending alarm' signal to the monitoring station whenever an alarm is triggered. Most traditional alarm signals are sent only after 60 seconds while the system waits to be disarmed.
With Pending Alarms, a signal is sent immediately, and then it waits for the all clear from you. If you don't send the proper code, the monitoring station will treat is as an intrusion alarm.

Regardless of whether or not you have existing non-monitored smoke detectors, our monitored smoke and heat detectors ensure that in the event of a fire, the fire department will arrive faster - reducing the risk of damage or injury.
